If the Eagles beat Minnesota, they will automatically play the Giants next weekend, since they are the lowest seeded NFC team. Then the winner of Arizona-Atlanta would play the Panthers. The #2 seed (Carolina) will play the highest seeded team to win. If Minnesota wins, they will automatically play the Panthers next weekend, because Minnesota is the highest seeded NFC team playing this weekend. Then the winner of Arizona-Atlanta would play the Giants.
