Is she playing me or not?

Im in 8th grade and theres this girl i like, we went out in 6th and 7th grade for combined a combined almost 9months i think. It wasnt serious at all and kinda unsupected because i wasnt very popular at the time (really well liked tho by everyone) and she was really popullar. We talk like once evry other period, basiclly every time she sees me, shell do unesacary things to get to talk to me like turning around in the hallways so she walks by me or slowing down unaturally so i walk by next to her, she teases that she hates me and texts me occasionally or IMs me. Last time we went out I had no idea she liked me because she almost never talked to me so she isnt obvious like most. My dilema is that she flirts a little with alot of guys sometimes more, even my twin at times(annoys the **** out of me) and I cant tell if she just does this with everyone or she actually likes me,
