I asked this already but didn't get any answers so here I go again..?

Sounds like you are on a good diet but i would add more raw fruit and vegies to your diet more then just a salad. I have been trying to diet to and i've been watching what i eat and exercises and loosing a little weight at a time but you are doing ok with what you doing. if you want to try something different try the Special K Diet plan its really good too. :)
