Can i sign another lease even though my other lease is still current?

I currently have a lease in my name and my roommate is the co signer and now i am currently pregnant and dont want my child living in the house we are living in. So i was wondering my lease is up in Feb and i am due in Nov so that leaves me with 3 months that i would have to live there with my child, i was wondering if i was to go ahead and pay up with my roommate my rent for the last 3months and since the house is in my name can i legally sign another lease to move out early with out effecting my credit?
