Do you ever look at someone and wonder why they are here?

Do you ever look at people and just wonder why they are alive? Like those super obese people at Walmart on those electric carts....just scooting around stealing fruit and farting everywhere? It's like, what the hell, what are they even doing to contribute to anything? They are breathing everyone's air.
