I Think He likes Her???plz help?

He sounds like an *** hole, there are genuinely good guys that treat you extra nice all the time. You may be better off without him if honestly suspect he's trying to be more than friends with this other girl. However often times jealousy can get the best of you, he may just be friends with this other girl. Also your observations of her do seem a bit cutting; however, who in your situation doesn't do a comparative run down, between yourself and someone you perceive to be a threat.
