Please help meeeeeeeeeee?

There is a boy in my college that I never know him before. Whenever im in the corridor of our college stares at me. He just stares and say nothing. As long as i wait somewhere he waits too. For example his cl was over and he was going home with his friends,but when he saw me he came back and wait in front of my cl. I also saw him with a girl but i don't know that she is his girlfriend or not. The important point is that when he is with her he doesn't stop gazing at me.
