My son was about to be circised?

my son was about to be circised but had a problem bec the doctor told me that there is a pearl like big skin or tissue growth on top of his genital ( head) w/c she wasnt sure if it was an infection or something that he alrdy had since birth. anyone who had a case like this.thank you!
