Can i get an agp graphics card?

upon realising that my current graphics card is terrible, i decided to take another look inside my computer, only to realise i only have PCI slots. is there any way i can get either an adapter, to change it to AGP, or are there any decent PCI cards out there (all i'm going to be doing is video editing). and no, it's not a PCI express slot
