My dog won't stop scratching ?

Mi dog who is a pitbull lab mix won't stop scratching he's back legs ect. He can hardly b touched w/o shaking cuz he needs 2 b scratched. We jst finished gettin rid of fleas (ewww!!!) and he still is scratching. He was lik this last year n I feel sorry 4 him cuz it can't b comfortable!
