Ivf question, What happens 2 d Progesterone insectables, Predisolone & Aspirin tablets after the weeks wait? ?

Whether pregnant or not. I had two embryos transferred on day 3. I only have two more sleep to go before my Beta and I am having pink spotting since day 7 every morning, no symptoms at all except from some strange sound in my stomach like bubbles once in a while. Is this normal? Should I be worried that my first Ivf circle didn't work? Pls share yor Ivf experience. Thanks for your concerns. wishing all women trying to conceive best of luck this Xmas season.
