Can someone help! Its an emergency?

Its about my gf. She's 18 and im 17. Well she's muslim but her family treat her like crap. They know about me and all but they said they were cool with it. But on thursday she ddnt go to skool because her big brother mohammed punched her in her lip. And then yesterday her other brother Ridah stabbed her with a knife and her parents did nothing! I had to pick her up and take her to the emergency room. After that she crashed at my place. I tried calling cps but they said she's 18 she can take care of herself. She cant drive cus she dosent have her liscence. what can I do? I really need your help
