Are cookies on your computer bad?

cookies are things that sites use to store info, it really depends on what sites you go onto for good and bad cookies, some are tracing cookies, others find out info about your computer, the good ones just temporarily store information on your computer in order to make connections with the site faster, as for virus protectors, in my opinion Norton Anti Virus just doesn't do a good job, i recommend either Mcafee or Kaspersky, as they do most of the jobs you need them too
